Saving €53M/year by surfacing a workflow tech didn't know existed
Diagnosed the silent driver behind 8.2% ingredient errors — a 120-min, 20-touchpoint substitution process happening entirely in spreadsheets. Designed an AI-driven recommendation engine that compresses it to 2 minutes, in one screen.
Defining the user requirements for a $20M+ planning platform decision
Led requirements gathering across 43 stakeholders, 7 planning sub-domains, and 6 time zones. The output became the direct input to an RFI issued to enterprise vendors and set the make-or-buy direction at executive level.
Setting the foundations for global operations transformation
Mapped 11 markets, catalogued 600+ tools (10× the COO's estimate), facilitated 50+ executive 1:1s, then designed and led the 4-day workshop that aligned 23 senior leaders on a single operating model — producing the 33 action items now driving HelloFresh's 2026 Year Plan.
Unblocking largest market on a global planning platform
Designed the missing step that brought HelloFresh US onto 3P — and pushed back on a 1:1 port that would have locked in the existing pain.
