Problem solving

Deep dive into problems

01Problem solving

I dig to the root of the problem, asking many "whys" along the way.

At HelloFresh, Product asked me to design "a better SKU substitution tool" to address €53M in annual ingredient errors. Instead of taking the brief at face value, I ran rounds of interviews with operators and discovered the real work had moved entirely outside the system. The reframe to claim back the process gave users the confidence to trust the system again.

On people

Care about the people

02On people

It's always the people and their needs.

Once I was tasked with hosting a naming workshop for a top company strategy feature. Instead of simply hosting the workshop, I found out through interviewing 1 key stakeholder that she needed to output a list of 20 feature names for the C-level. If I just hosted a workshop, it would've taken her much longer to get to that list.

On curiosity

Am always curious

03On curiosity

Learning never stops.

Not only am I very keen on deepening my domain knowledge, I also love exploring new crafts. At the moment, I'm building a couple of tools, as I explore new AI tools.

How I work

I start by going deep, understanding not just what users need, but what stakeholders and the business are trying to achieve. From there, I look for solutions that address as many of those needs as possible. I'm a natural includer: I believe the best outcomes come from bringing people in, not leaving them out. I communicate openly and share what I know, because transparency keeps projects moving and helps everyone grow. I'm not just invested in my own development; I want to bring the people around me along too.

What I'm interested in

AI is reshaping how design work gets done, and I want to be at the front of that shift. I'm focused on what an AI-native design process looks like, from kickoff all the way through to developer handoff. Beyond the design side, I'm also curious about how these systems are built: reducing hallucination, adding guardrails, and making AI more reliable over time.

Where I'd like to grow

I want to deepen my AI fluency and sharpen my understanding of code. Since I'm spending more and more time in the terminal, and I want that to be a real strength, not just familiarity. Longer term, I'd like to grow into people management. Seeing others develop and reach their potential is genuinely satisfying to me, and I think that instinct (to invest in people) is something I want to build a career around.
